Commercial Property
From park-owned homes to utilities, our property coverage insures those assets most important to your ongoing operations. Our tailored business income coverage responds to the loss of rents from damage to tenant-owned homes. Limit capabilities of $10m+.
General Liability
Park Shield offers General Liability and Products Liability insurance tailored to the needs of manufactured home community owners with limits up to $3M on a primary basis. Excess liability is offered on a limited basis with limit capabilities up to $4M.
Optional Add-Ons
Park Shield offers optional Equipment Breakdown, Cyber, and Employment Practices Liability Insurance with limit and deductible options to help streamline the insurance buying process.

What paper do you write on and what is the AM Best rating?
Our paper, Accelerant Specialty Insurance Company, carries a Financial Strength rating of A- (Excellent) and a Financial Size of IX ($250 Million to $500 Million). This rating was effective as of July 28, 2022.
Do you insure park-owned homes?
Yes, we can provide both Property and General Liability coverage for park-owned homes.
What states do you write in?
We write in all 50 U.S. states excluding Hawaii.
